C4 makes preworkout with about the same amount of caffeine per dose too. I’ve used it in the past. It’s not a dangerous amount unless you have like 3 or 4+ in a relatively short time. It’s about 50% more caffeine than a king can of redbull, but only about 5% more caffeine than an extra large coffee.
