i was a teenager from the hills who one day got to visit the big city cousin who had vinyl records!! One on them was a new Carole King record with this song. This was the first song I ever heard on a record player! So what you did here today is transformatively transportitive sending me to that other, happy era. You guys are like magicians! oh, and you sing real good together too.

A wonderful performance of a classic song. The lyrics are the perfect reflection of a woman’s point of view in 1960 before “the pill” and the title was certainly on young women’s minds when they were deciding whether or not to “go all the way”. Even more amazing that the lyrics were written by a man.
