I'm glad I found your video I loved it! I'm teaching a friend how to crosstitch. I've been crossting since I was probably 18 or 19 years old. And now I'm 50, and I'm teaching my friend who stresses over not working on her projects that I'm showing her how to do. One of the first things I told her was this is not something you ever have to rush on. Take your time even if a small project takes you a year to complete. Was nice to hear someone else say that they take their time as well. I love your organization ideas! They are fsbulous! I am only now finally getting into creating and soon to be selling absolute beginner projects for people like my friend who get overwhelmed easy on this stuff. Thank you for mak8ng your videos. So organized! I figured out pretty quick after ruining a few wip chart pages to use portfolios. I don't use vinyl to see the pattern but will probably add a small tag with the project name. I keep all my floss organized by number in a floss box and one of my projects is so big, It required it's own box. So once I'm done with that project I'll reuse it for another large project. I for some silly reason never thought to organize my Aida. Which seems silly now tbay I think about it. So now I have to go back and label all my leftover Aida. Haha. Thanks for the tips. Really helpful.
