we can simply fetch the value writing
"Select employee_id, salary from employees where department_id = 10";
instead! why do we need to write all the things to fetch the value like this?

Actually,
there is an error if we try to take the rowCount from there...we have to keep that output statement in side the cursor i think. i mean before we close the cursor.
