Читаю ваши коментарии и диву даюсь, все так радуются за переезд, . А вы подумали за что эта семья будет жить? Сколько ульев надо с пчелами поставить, 1000? Мед качаютсколько раз в год, а есть надо каждый день. То же самое с садом, чтоб заиабатывать на жизнь фруктами надо иметь гектары садов, а не несколько старых запущеных деревьев, а вдруг непогода и весь урожайпогибнет, ,ща что жить? От овец ни в коем случае нельзя избавляться, это мясо молоко масло сыр, пахта , новые овечки и козочки, шерсть и даже навоз в виде удобрения, причем круглый год, .это деньги живые. Это мой совет

Лучшее место для жизни этот сад, только хорошо бы, что б он был в собственности семьи, а не аренда.Выкупить этот сад, построить дом, продать большую часть овец, родителям нужен отдых.Работы здесь тоже много будет, но это же не мотаться по горам.И место красивое, только переправу надо переоборудовать на более удобную и безопасную.Успеха семье!
