I think it's disrespectful that all these sports analysts bring up his height and use it against him and really think that one of these draft picks would be better than him. everyone is knocking IT for being undersized, but nobody is pointing out that Al Horford is a relatively undersized center when you compare height to weight ratio. He only has Amir Johnson, who is their power forward, by and inch and 5 pounds. The Celtics has an undersized and non-dominant front court compared to the other contending teams in the NBA. What is IT had demarcus back with this Celtics squad or tristan thompson cleaning the offensive boards for him? That would change a lot of things because for an undersized guard he still gets buckets. There have been plenty of undersized guards who were successful in the NBA and the best teams still have had dominant front courts, whether off points or boards.

Stop instigating shit. Isaiah Thomas is pretty much the only reason why they're even in the ecf right now. To trade him would be a waste, especially with a number one pick and a possible superstar coming to the team

The height and defense argument against IT is weak next to his performance, AI had the same issues, put the same numbers and teams would line up to give him the max. The question on IT is his age, small PGs don't age well and maybe he'd be too overpaid in the last two years of his contract. IT will continue to be killing in the next two seasons for sure tho

Celtics must keep IT, but do not rely on him alone much. Don't pressure him to do all the work, i mean they NEED alot of teamwork. Let every individual in that team work and do their own thing exactly like what they did in game 3.

Thomas is a little overrated, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's bad. They just need to stop relying on him all the time, and start passing the ball to each other, now that they see they can win without him. But don't get rid of him, cause he's still a vital part of the team.

Don't disrespect IT like that. We won 1 game by a buzzer beater and they are talking about trading our allstar? Sure it was a great game but you can't be serious. If the Celtics get Hayward that spreads the floor a lot more and gives us another scoring option and then Fultz who could learn to run the offense throughout the season. Team is on the break of a championship level team very soon. Brown Smart Rozier Olynyk are all getting better each season. Johnson and Zeller need to go and if we get someone who can rebound and we are all set.

Isaiah Thomas only needs to wok on his defense and honestly I have seen smaller PG with great defense, anyone heard of some guy named "Muggsy Bogues", this should be an skill to improve this off-season and I am a Celtics, but I don't care if we don't win the Banner 18 this year our future it's brighter.
