Interesting but why would you blow air on the front element looking up. you are just making the dust back. use gravity on your side, and blow it facing down.

Opps. I'm guilty of a couple of these. Like leaving my camera bag in my vehicle & live about a 1/2 mile from a big saltwater bay. Hardly ever run the AC (don't really like ac that much) in the summer in my condo or vehicle. So far been pretty lucky. Another week & all my camera & lenses which were purchased at the same time will be 8 years old. Since shooting a lot of wildlife, BIF the last 4 years I would guess I have over a 100k shutter count (with about a 80% throw away rate) on the ole D810. Probably purchase a D850 or maybe a Z8 or Zf to use with my F-mount lenses.
Cleaned my sensor only twice. First time was after about 6-1/2 yrs & just a couple of months ago. Both times I ended up using wipes on the swabs that came with the sensor cleaning kit. The drops & sensor swabs did (or I most likely) did a terrible job. Not sure the swab was wet enough. For the first 6 years I wouldn't change lenses outside. I would go back to the ole pickup & do it inside with the doors shut. Would of sent it to Nikon for service before they stopped supporting the D810 back in Dec 2023 but really didn't have the $$$. Happy shooting to all.
