Hallelujah.🙂 1974. I was 5 years old and I remember my hippie Mom raising me up on all kinds of music. In '79 we all were saved by God's loving grace. Then, in 1984, as a teenager attending an Assembly of God church, I wanted to pick good gospel music with the anointing of the Holy Spirit on it. At that time 2 Chapter of Acts group had an album that came out in 1974 as well, titled " 2nd Chapter of Acts", being their first album. Still relatively a known album at that time. However, I never knew that the Maranatha Singers had their debut album as far back as '74 as well! This truly is a blessing as I do play guitar for a christan band and I will be over joyed to incorporate some of these most beautiful songs into our music set. You know, even though this album is from '74, it sounds just like the same instruments that we use in church today! Keyboards, electric bass, guitar, drums, ect. Hallelujah, God bless you and keep you safe and filled with His love, beautiful friend. 🙂
