This couldn’t have come at a better time. My kid is starting preschool and is picky. She doesn’t like creamy sauces or barely meat. My go to is always grilled cheese and pasta salads with italian dressing. Oh and she loves Blippi! Definitely a video made for me 😁

My daughter was in feeding therapy because she was loosing weight from not eating. They encouraged her to play with her food. It seemed to really help her. Just getting acquainted with new foods. May not sound like the proper way, but it really helped. Also having a bye-bye plate nearby for new foods she would try and didn’t like to spit them out on.
