I just purchased this toaster oven and I can’t get the oven to work. I close the toaster part and turn the oven knob to 450 and nothing!! You can hear it ‘click’ when you turn the dial but no lights come on and no heat. Any suggestions???

I just purchased and tried this and I am very disappointed. You notice they do not show you the finished toast. Nor do they show you how far down below the heating element the toast goes. I ended up with the bottom part of the toast in the front not toasted, and the entire back of the bread untoasted. It is supposed to make decent toast, It does not. For the high price I paid, I do not need or want to start putting the bread back and forth to try and get some decent toast. For what it is worth, I tested it on level 3, and the part of the bread that did get toasted was a good color and texture for a level 3. But since it only affected a small part of the slide it is not worth it. It is going back.
