I'm trying to eliminate a hum to powered monitors with 1/4" or Female XLR mic type input. I understand balanced cables (XLR) can help with this problem. My question - does this AUX or Monitor output accept a cable that is 1/4" TRS to 3 Pin XLR?

It looks like my headphones don't connect and work properly with my Alesis Studio 24, and I only hear static. These headphones do work when I plug them directly into my PC with a stereo mini jack. I have to use a stereo mini to quarter inch adapter to plug these in to the mixer. Any answers?
