I don't usually comment on videos, but felt I needed to on this one. I'll be honest and say that this 6.5 hr video was digested through a 2 or 3 day cycle. With only but a single view in its entirety, I took my Tech+ today and passed it. As an individual who is more of a "visual" learner, your slides were impeccable and concise. As someone who passed it less than 24 hrs of this comment, I will state to pay extra attention to networking and programming related content, especially python. I can 100% say that every single thing this video spoke of indeed came up in the exam to some capacity. I look forward to your future videos and I'll most likely view your other ones as I plan to tackle security+ and network+ next.

Thanks for sharing!! This is the first free guide I’ve seen for tech+. Commenting for the YouTube algorithm. Which I now know also means a set of instructions a computer follows to solve a problem 😂

Thank you Tech Gee for this instruction material. I usually don’t comment, but I wanted to express my appreciation. I watched and reviewed this video using the objectives list for the exam. I also did some practice exams. I passed today the Tech+ exam. I’ll be watching more content to prepare for the A+ exam.

I listened to the video and followed along after completing a class to get me ready for the exam. I felt overwhelming prepared to tackle this exam and PASSED. I am aiming to pass the A+ exams later this year. Thank you for the concise explanations and well formatted video.

Thank you so much. I used your videos and watched them everyday. When I did the dishes, laundry, and while cooking. I passed and have my certification. Thank you again.

You sir are amazing! Thank you for this! Can't reccomend Tech Gee enough! The only thing that would make it better would be markers in timeline for objectives.

CompTIA Tech+ (FCO-U71) vs ITF+ (FCO-U61)
I wanted to know if there is any new knowledge or information in the Tech+ exam. From a quick glance, it seems that they mostly changed the percentage weights of the topics being tested.
For example:
• In ITF+ (FCO-U61), IT Concepts and Terminology accounts for 17% of the exam.
• In Tech+ (FCO-U71), the same domain accounts for 13%.
In short, I just want to know whether any new knowledge has been added.
I noticed that in Domain 1.1 of FCO-U61, it says "Compare and contrast national systems, " and it specifically mentions ASCII and Unicode. However, in the FCO-U71 objectives, this isn’t mentioned—yet all Tech+ courses still teach or reference ASCII and Unicode.
