1/2 cup rice flour or potato starch
1/2 cup hot boiling water
1 tbsp. vegetable cooking oil

Caution first: this can’t produce the same rice noodles from the stores but creates a healthier and easy to digest rice noodles at home.

do you have any idea if arrowroot starch will work with this recipe ? I am aware that arrowroot is used to make cold noodles(the dough is boiled not the noodles) but i have no idea if they can be boiled just like potato starch noodles
