I have to question the legitimacy of this speedrun. The in-game timer at the start doesn't line up right with yours. Maybe you're playing on an emulator- and, if so, good luck on being able to post that to the leaderboards. Those guys are always strict

This route is outdated. We recently discovered a trick that allows us to skip Blood ID by wrong warping from Hourglass Meadow to Desert Entrance. You just have to get hit by a tank while falling into the water/code and the game combines the warp values into the value for Desert Entrance. It saves about 15 seconds if done properly. It also takes out the difficult Banana skip trick by just skipping the banana level entirely.
