I spent 3 months in Greenland in 1990, the Greenlanders helped me so much. Great memories, greetings from Australia.

I always thought Greenland was here in North America. Amazing that it's considered part of Europe. Just the same- so devastating that they're dealing with that as well.

It’s so barbaric to make the dog pull the humans. It should be the other way around. Humans should run and pull and dogs ride.

Interesting...
Thank you🙏
I live for information on things like this.
I find human relations and culture very interesting. In a world where we are bombarded by the culture of consuming and throw away and repeat, from influencers etc...all monotone and plastic.

There is an affordable solution to climate change. Meers mirrors probably our greatest hope, but awareness of them need to be spread and governments need to be elected on the promise they'll deploy these meers mirrors. Spread this message about. Spread it everywhere you can. We can beat global warming, the technology exists but we need people to spread this message everywhere asap

But isn't the surface mass balance of the greenland ice sheet positive? The weight of the glacier pushes it down hill. If the glaciers are shrinking, we would expect iceberg activity to at least slowdown, but this isnt the story right now...

I’d have thought global warming would be welcome news in Greenland.

I never liked humans who torture animals, they would do same to humans. I would do same to these two humans as they do to dogs : whip, pull and dogs to bark on sledge when needs to be repeated.
