I ordered a soft top for my 2023 Bronco from CJPonyParts. There is a broken clip on the top. I have been communicating with them via email, phone and chat for a month now in an effort to have the broken clip replaced (I’d even buy another clip if necessary). The soft top is essentially unusable without the clip as you can’t drive with the top back because it catches the wind. Totally unacceptable customer service. They kept telling me they haven’t been able to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part.

Didn't cj have free shipping at one time? Like their parts used to order parts from them back in the early 2000's and recently started buying from them again and noticed they charge for shipping now.
