WCVB at 50: Boston Pops pay tribute to Arthur Fiedler in 1979

As we celebrate 50 years of WCVB, we remember a concert like none other on the banks of the Charles. After the death of legendary conductor Arthur Fiedler in 1979, the Boston Pops paid tribute by recreating his 1976 Bicentennial Concert.
