As a senior I want to sujust things
1. Do not buy multiple books
2. Focus on the concept building
3. Ncert is enough for topics clarity
4. Sample paper and pyqs are enough
5. Daily 3 hrs. self study then u will be a next topper

*Some tips to my juniors that may help shaping your strategy.*

Always read the portion of the topics which you are going to cover in your school the next day. The reason for this is the fact that you won't get doubts while studying a topic first time. Let me tell you the nature of doubts (conceptual one). You read a topic from somewhere else, and the second time you read it, you try to relate with what you studied before. This is where doubts creep in. Your concepts get cleared the second time you study them. Do read the topic which you are going to cover in next class. Trust me it does wonders.

Note making. This is probably the most boring task the student does in the year. There are two types of notes, and both are equally important. First one is the class notes, which you make while your teacher explain you the things. Second one is the short notes, which you make yourself for revision purposes. The tip you can do, is highlighting important points in your school notebook by underlining, using pencil or highlighter. Ask your subject teacher for the permission to do that. Highlight points only when you are doing your third or fourth revision, this will save you a lot of time making self notes.

Group study. Get in a good friend circle (you know what I mean from good friend circle, the topper one) and organise a 2 hour meeting on sundays. Meetings can be real or virtual like in zoom. There you can share most trickiest questions you solved in the week, ask explanation of a topic which you can neither understand from textbook nor from teachers. Studying with friends is fun (especially when its beneficial). But choose the right company, your friends should be morally well and sound friendly.

Stay away from distractions. I know it's tough, but what if I told you it's just for three hours a day? Yes, boards are so easy that even studying for 3 hours a day, you can get an awesome 95% or more just like I did. Staying away from distractions is just merely impossible, but try to postpone it atleast for 3 specific hours a day. A tip to do that is gifting youselves rewards after you completed your study tasks for the day. For example - I won't eat my snacks if I couldn't complete my daily tasks).

Follow task based learning instead of time based learning. Make a to-do list, where you write your daily tasks (only write which you think are achieveable). Try to complete all your tasks that you have written in that list. No matter the math's one completes in 2 hours and social one completes in 30 minutes, you should ensure that it is actually completed. Making time table is useless, you know how many times you created and failed.

Lastly, believe on yourself. Enjoy the rest of the time, playing around and talking with friends taking care that you don't break your parent's trust. Only thing to ensure that is by achieving good marks in school tests. You don't even know how much life is going to be complicated after 10th. Enjoy as much as you can.

Ye toppers nhi ye teachers ki partiality hai, students like me who does hardwork but the result was not according to expectation I am average student in 9th and previous classes but I thought that I will score high percentage in boards. I started my preparation in January and completed in October and In offline preboards my percentage is 95 but when final result out I got a shock because my percentage is only 91 percent when I asks teachers that why you gave me so less marks then they said that this is based on your internal assessment and previous year performance and now I can't able to do anything for change this I know I can gave exams again but the problem is I started my class 11th jee preparation when cbse announced that exam get cancelled and now in this long time period I forgot all the syllabus of sst, english and hindi (but not science and math) but I will not lose hope as large no. of exams and challenges are waiting for me ahead

A tip for people who are in class 10 right now-
Revise what is going to be taught in ur classes before it is taught. U may not get doubts the first time u listen to the concept in class, but u might have doubts when u read before the class. This will allow u to recognise and clarify your doubt easily.
Eg: If the teacher is going to teach refraction in physics, read that topic from the book before the class. Let's say you have a doubt in refractive index. You will remember this and your mind will signal u to pay attention when the teacher is teaching the topic in class.
