Follow along and see a my first attempt at making the latest craze of cakes - the cake top forward / top cake forward style. It isn't hard, but I did encounter some difficulties with trying to ice and ganache a cold cake, but it came out really pretty! Not bad for a first try, and if I can pull this off, so can you.
