So the government just granted itself the power to tell you what is news and what is not news. Does that sound like freedom to you?

Well the Supreme Court got that wrong... I hate when they randomly default to one side and then the other... just not to appear biased...trust me ...that kind of vacillation is NOT gonna keep the peace

The 3 Dissenting Justices were 100% right on the $$! The Federal Government has no business telling individuals or a nation what they should believe or disbelieve, PERIOD!

I don't think it's accurate to state that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Biden administration. Rather, they ruled that the plaintiffs didn't have the proper standing to bring this case. Big difference.

Who determines what standard is used to classify mis/disinformation as opposed to an opinion/belief, esp since all the things the govt insisted was “misinformation” turned out to be true? Their “misinformation” actually harmed ppl, some with lasting consequences. So a novel idea would be to let the ppl hear facts & info on both sides then let them think for themselves & decide what info they believe is the most accurate.

That would be against the first amendment… if people want to lie or spread lies, that’s on them. Call them out and ask them for proof. Let them make a fool of themselves. But to silence them regardless? wtf?

The solution for “misinformation” is more information not less.
