Is there a way to reach you good sir, we have shot and in post production for our indie fantasy film, we shot a skirmish and in need of CG Blade extensions/Arrow hits/ Blood spills/wounds etc for a handful of shots!

I'm just stepping into the world of 3D. If I want to learn 3D for TVC, Ads and to complement my graphic design work, what software should I learn? I'm considering Blender and Substance Painter, do you think that is enough and these software is okay ? thank you !
