Only one question: what did you do to this squirrel?...

In a campground outside of Payson, AZ there was a squirrel that would throw pinecones at us it we were noisy late at night or too early in the morning. This went on for 2 weeks & it was a good shot.

A similar thing happened to me.
I parked in a very nice campground in a pine forest. As I was getting the camp ready, I heard a bang. Looked around and saw nothing. Then another bang, and noticed a pinecone on my car. I looked up and there was a squirrel up in a pine tree, and he dropped another pinecone on my car.
I yelled at the squirrel and told him that I was going to climb up the tree and give him 'what-for', but he just dropped another pinecone. So, I had to move my car.
Another victory for the worldwide squirrel conspiracy.

The title alone made me laugh so much that I just had to click on this video lmao. It did not disappoint. 10/10 content, thank you

I watched one of my local grey squirrels dig up a plant in my garden, then put his acorn in the hole, and THEN replant the plant and make it look like he had never disturbed it. Little squirrel hands patting down the dirt and the plant and arranging the leaves of the plant to look like they had before he dug it up.

These little squirrels are extremely territorial. They’ll yell at you, throw pinecones … they eat the seeds … and my favourite action, they stamp their little feet on a branch while stamping, throwing and yelling! Who can dislike these cute little guys? I have a pair living in my very tall spruce tree and consider their antics as thanks for a home, extra food, and almost empty peanut butter jars. Way nicer than the Eastern Grey Squirrels who try to rule my yard. 🇨🇦🖖🏻🇨🇦

My buddy had a red squirrel do this, but with acorns. That squirrel had good aim. Kept nailing my friend on the noggin everything he walked under that squirrel's tree to go inside.

Afforestation in action. The importance of squirrels for our planet is under appreciated. Thank you Mr Squirrel

He might be doing that even in your absence. It's the easy way to get them down.

I would name him Stew and invite him for dinner!

This is hilarious. Squirrels are the smartest rodents (yes, even smarter than rats), so I'm almost not surprised. Such personality.

Something about squirrels…last time I went camping, I got woken up at 4-5am in the morning by a squirrel trying to jump on the tent. 😅

Criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, damage to public property, possible assault. Lil guy is facing serious time in forest prison.

The little red squirrels have such outsized personalities relative to their tiny bodies, lol.

The squirrel was simply harvesting pine cones that he would have later retrieved on the ground. They eat the seeds in the cone.

Maybe he's trying to be NICE? I had a squirrel friend who liked to toss berries to me from her favorite tree.

Watch out for the squirrelly fallout. Those falling pinecones might cause a flesh wound.😂 Let's see you climb 30' or more, keep an eye out for feathered predators and hit the mark every time. The little Lorax rules or no forest management and bullies have no opinion.💙
