FPS being sub 60 was a bit surprising to me. Did not expect GPU to be such a limiting factor. I was expecting like 120fps with DLSS.

I really don't see what's eating all that gpu and cpu.
Some snow, few buildings... barely anything going on. There are no hundreds of npcs running around. Not sure what is going on there

Small city is mid 40s...with DLSS AND frame generation.

Hope you do a native test just to show how badly its optimized. Has to be like 20 ish fps.

Are you using latest nVidia drivers? Looking like DLSS FG is broken atm. Same issue God Of War Ragnarok, FSR-FG works fine.

I don't want to waste your time, but this can't be accurate.
It doesn't look like your frame generation is active, I know this because I was experiencing the same. Nvidia Frame gen ONLY works if you have hardware accelerated gpu scheduling turned on in windows settings. This game is odd in that it lets you turn on and off the setting but in reality it does nothing. I know this because same thing happened for me. I turned on HAGS and frame gen kicked in pretty much doubling my fps from 50/60 to 110

This is a poor performance for such a setup.... I'm not willing to buy even more expensive hardware, just because they don't spend enough time on optimization..

DLSS is trash i tried FSR on 4090 at 120 fps works like a charm
