Excuse me, I own a Yamaha flute and I accidentally dropped it the other day and now I can’t play a f natural because when I try, all I get is this air sorta noise. Sadly, I don’t have the budget to get it repaired so can someone please help me find out what’s the problem or try and help me to fix it? It would be amazing if anyone could! ❤

See if your library has a book called "Super Lung Power and Breath Control" by A.A. (Sandy) Adams

I used it extensively for my own playing and for my bands.

It is out of print but the exercises are a 3-week program that are phenomenal.

I used to sound like this in 6th grade when my flute wasn’t missing 3 springs and had a bent whatever and is terribly out of tune. I still sound good for it to be horribly out of tune though and I can’t hold a basic B flag or c and keep it in tune to save my life anymore 😢

I play flute and American flute is way lot easier as you don't have to understand how to put your finger and the placement indian fluts are way harder
