so it can only measure movements, when there is no movement there is no phase shift. So it's no good if you move then stop it doesn't know that you moved, it only knows while you are moving?

Why does no one explain why RLG is so much more sensitive than a fiber interferometer alone?

Shouldn’t we consider the special relativity ? because the speed of light is always “c”. if the moving particle was any other particle except photon, this explanation make sense.
