I first saw this online earlier today when people were making snarky comments about drug tests and suing the city.. I have always respected public transit drivers and conductors. As a really bad driver I've never driven in the big cities that I've lived in so they have all of my respect, especially bus drivers as they're more exposed to the passengers and passenger shenanigans. Transit workers are the first to hit if there's an accident like this. There is nothing protecting them basically per the design of the bus, and that is worldwide so don't get out your "I'm gonna sue book"..

This lady was right there and whatever happened I send only best wishes to her in her recovery. ❤ Thank you to all transit workers! ❤

My doctor, at the time giving me the results, he even joked and said, “if all my patients are this healthy, we the doctor will be out of the job.” So even with a perfect passing results, one will never know what could happen.

Health issues can be underlying and are very unpredictable. One minute you feel perfect, the next you may be in an ambulance. Everyone take care of yourselves and positive thoughts that the bus driver and all passengers fully recover.

Fourteen years - poor thing, these public transportation jobs are not easy. They should give her commendable benefits for life, after this. She not having to go back to work.
