Try this really simple recipe - It is such a tasty way to enjoy spinach!
Recipe below:

INGREDIENTS:

▪️120 g Spinach - Fresh or frozen that has been thawed.
▪️3 eggs
▪️65 g of oats
▪️1 Tbsp of olive oil
▪️100 ml water or milk of your choice
▪️1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

1️⃣ Blend all ingredients and bake them as waffles.
2️⃣ Make sure not to fill up the waffle iron with the batter completely to avoid spilling all over the iron.
4️⃣ Bake until light golden.
5️⃣ Top it with salmon and fresh veggies. We will share the recipe for our salmon spread soon 😄
