Recreating the Walter Mitty Longboard Scene in Iceland!

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty is a life changing movie and the one scene that has always stood out to me is the longboarding scene in Iceland! This is the scene that made me boom the tickets to Iceland in 2018.

Since then, I've lived for 3 months, and went back 6 times.

The 4th of last January, I had a flight booked with Haraldur Diego, to visit Iceland from the air. Sadly, we were not able to fly that day, but he mentioned a longboard guy, filming scenes from the movie.

This was the video he talked about.
Haraldur was the pilot who died last week, with Josh in his plane.

This is the weirdest I've experienced in my life. Haraldur was describing how he didn't knew at all the background of Josh initially but his son was so proud that he was working with Josh.

Rest in peace to you, Josh, and Haraldur, a formidable pilot, and to the two other souls that boarded this plane.

The awkwardness of walter at times, he daydreams a lot, the places he went to are beautiful and this was definitely one of my fav scenes.
