Professor this is called Dhol tashaa Pathak which is originally from Maharashtra State of India. We plays it during festival season like Ganesh festival. Here saffron colour flag is fluttering which is symbolic sign of Hinduism. We adopted saffron colour of our flag due to when sun rises in the early morning it's rays are in saffron colour. Saffron colour is gifted us from our great great sages in ancient hindu India.
