How To Operate Radiodj With Analog Mixer

I've been using Radiodj from around 2016 and absolutely LOVE it! Not just because it is free, but because it is extremely user friendly and does even more than one would expect. One thing I struggled with was using it with an analog mixer, so once I figured it all out, it works even better.
What you will need is either 2 x usb soundcards / audio interfaces and your onboard soundcard output, or 3 x usb soundcards / audio interfaces.
The first usb soundcard / audio interface will send your Radiodj main output to a stereo line input of your analog mixer (in my case Ch 3&4)
The second audio interface / usb soundcard will be used as your main line input to your pc after all the sound as been processed by your analog mixer. You will connect a cable from your analog mixer main output to the line in of your 2nd audio interface / usb soundcard, which will then be picked up by your pc as the main source input.
You can then use either your onboard soundcard headphone output or a 3rd usb soundcard / audio interface to direct sound from other sources, such as your online whatsapp, youtube, etc, to another line input (in my case Ch 5&6) to your analog mixer. This allows you to listen to Radiodj and other audio sources individually and separately.
My Analog Mixer has channel mute buttons and solo/pfl buttons which allows me to listen to whatsapp messages, etc. on my headphones, without transmitting it to the main mix output when that specific channel is muted, but Pfl switch is depressed. This allows the sound to be sent to my earphones pre-fader in order to scrutinize listener messages prior to playing it live on air.
In this video I will show you the cables I use as well as the usb sound cards and my mixer, which does not have its own usb output to the pc, hence I use the 2nd audio interface / usb sound card to get the sound from my analog mixer, back into the pc in order to be broadcasted.
This is what I currently use myself and it works, as you will see and hear in the video.
I will be posting more videos on mixers that has a direct usb output soon, as well as details on how to setup the actual broadcasting connection and a program that controls your music sound, all at the exact same levels so watch out for that in the near future.
Please subscribe to my channel for more tech updates.
Thanks for watching!

Is it possible to assign the different players in RadioDJ to different channels on the mixer? For example, if I want to have the Carts output on its own channel, then the Aux Players on separate channels, and so on.
