That's one of the most violent part, yes.

But ultimatly, the song is about loving your country, and protecting it. It's an ode to freedom, a call to be honorable and to only kill in order to protect what's dear to you (aka the Motherland) X)

Yes, there is a part about mirdering ennemies and traitors, but there is also a part where we're reminded that our ennemies aren't against us because they want to, but because they are forced to, so we have to remain compassionate with them and treat them honorably.
