This is a beautiful video, but with a couple of remarks about the process of manifestation. you have to write the affirmation down in a positive way. Avoid can't, won't, no, not, without, etc. Don't say that money will flow into your life without effort, for the mind and universe will focus on effort. Also studying the affirmation is not the most important thing. That is feeling the affirmation as if it has already happened and feeling that energy of joy and gratitude. That is crucial!

hey- to everyone doing this- at the end of the ninth day do not obsess over results. The key is to trust in Divine timing. Try not to control the situation by dwelling on how your manifestations will occur, rather let go and allow the universe to work. By obsessing and not trusting the universe, you will only push your desires away from you, remember that. You have to think in terms of energy. :)

It happens to me. I love Powerlifting so much. I can’t ’t wait to come back to the gym and break my new record. I set my alarm at 4:30AM so I can go to the gym at 6AM (opening time). However, I actually wake up at 3AM (very consistently), walking around my house excited, drinking Preworkout and Protein Shake. 🤘🏻😆👌🏻
