Okay, so both of the school's have so much extra money on hand to split up?

It would seem to be better & easier to stay as it is.... Otherwise how much funding is going to each university to run the same programs(subjects, doctrine & degrees) that is currently available?
Is the state of Indiana & federal government keeping the money the same to be split equally or is the tax payer & students now having to pay each school for whatever classes they take & hope it transfers to complete their degrees?
