اول دفعة من هذه الكاميرا كانت جدآ مميزة ودقتها عاليه وتحسسها للحركة عالية.. لكن بعد شرائنا للإصدار الجديد.. تفاجأنا ان التحسس بالحركة ضعيف وفوات الكثير من المواقف المتحركة امام الكاميرا.. نتمنى من الشركة الانتباه لهذه العيوب..😊

Bonjour en possession très récemment de la C 8 C installation en wifi sans problème par contre je rencontre des problèmes de réglage pas de détection humain après 10 mètres, mon garage se trouve à 15 mètres du coup pas de détection humain pas d'alerte sur mon téléphone .et je détecte les voitures a 30 mètres du coup je me retrouve avec environ 180 vidéos par jour. Pourriez vous me donner des conseils pour les réglages. Merci

Propriétaire d'une caméra CS-C8W en service depuis peu, pourriez vous m'indiquer comment faire fonctionner la poursuite sur un véhicule à plus de 180° car la caméra se bloque à 180° et aussi combien de portables en plus d'une tablette peuvent être connectés pour surveiller les enregistrements

Not good. Their cloud system records in segments. Often with long pauses between them allowing crime to happen unrecorded. No continuous uninterrupted recording. Not fit for purpose.

Bonjour. Aucune réponse aux questions posées, société EZVIZ n’est vraiment pas sérieuse .elle se sers des youtubers pour répondre avec bien du mal après c’est normal ils sont payer pour présenter pas pour dépanner.

A very bad camera that cannot protect your family at all unless you are subscribed to the cloud service, which costs you a lot of money to subscribe and is only supported in some countries. I owned one and my house was robbed and my camera and memory card were stolen and I can't even play the last video on their App. I contacted ezviz support and they couldn't help me with anything.

I do not recommend buying these cameras, once the support in the cloud expires, they remove the preview of the images since they leave it gray and only by reproducing it will you be able to see the recording. They also remove the option to download the video and you have to take a screenshot. It seems to me something of the most detestable and the most ill-intentioned to force you to subscribe. no other brand commits such baseness. They are not satisfied that one has bought their product. I will NOT buy any more cameras from that brand. they have made a big mistake
