Mindy's music always gets to me. This song not only reminds me of my friends and significant other but of myself. Now, I don't have the highest self-esteem in the world, but how it's says "It's not about your scars, it's all about your heart, " reminds me of some scars I got when I felt no one cared or loved me. Of course I'm better now because of support from loved ones and therapy, but her songs just make me feel so happy, y'know?
