What fractions do the points A and B show on the number lines below?
Show the following fractions on the number line
1)3/5, 6/5, 2 3/5
2)3/4, 5/4, 2 1/4
I have also explained the logic and concept of how these number line is plotted. Please ensure that children don’t remember problems by heart but rather try to understand the concepts behind each and every problem. Mathematics is not to be understood by Rote learning but by building concept blocks and then implementing them.
