Ukraine's military says it is regrouping its forces to defend Donetsk. Commanders say they have repelled attacks by Russian forces on several positions in the eastern region, where they still control major cities. Many residents are evacuating in anticipation of an increased Russian offensive.

The city of Slovyansk came under shelling again overnight. Russian missiles have destroyed homes and killed several people in recent days, after Ukraine retreated from nearby Lysychansk. Can Ukraine turn the situation around?

Before Russians took Lysychansk:
“Ukrainian military stronghold of Lysychansk is a decisive strategic point in the battle for Lugansk which the Russians are unlikely to capture without grave difficulty. It is expected Russians will be pushed back and suffer heavy causalities. “
After Russians steamrolled through Lysychansk:
“Russia has captured Lysychansk, but it is merely a symbolic victory. Lysychansk holds no strategic purpose”

Who is utilizing all of this various military equipment from various countries/various manufacturers?
When were the Ukrainian troops trained to use this various military armaments?
It takes many weeks minimum to effectively and efficiently operate such armaments.

Out of all the analysts, this Gustav Gressel, made the most sense when he talked. He actually laid out real goals and expectations, instead of wishful thinking. I feel that most other analysts are just talking heads for Zelensky, most other analysts come on these shows to relate Zelensky's messages and are not actually talking for themselves. I am not an expert, this is just/only my opinions.

What's a question ? Ukraine is fighting with the second strongest army in the world - even EU and NATO prefer not to tease Russia. Moreover Ukraine has to put part of its forces next to the Belarusian border.
