Spanish born Chef Santiago Louzan showcases his Galician heritage by honouring ingredients. Santi’s worldly experience in Michelin star restaurants has lead him to his finest moment - a Spanish inspired private chef's table experience in collaboration with well suited South African wines. It is a 6 course affair with the freshest flavours, cooked with passion and flair. At the end the table is cleared and guests participate in an interactive food art display, you have to experience it to understand.
