I loved All OF Peter Peters commentaries, he was biased... Great, I saw him play first grade for Manly...I dont think he played too many first grade games for them but the game I saw he was great

Not one Bradford Northern player made the squad, with the best pack in the league. Hill, Skerrett, Hobbs and Fairbank. Marchant an average centre at best, playing on the wing...Phil Ford might have been a better option, or Lydon on the wing and Hampson at fullback

I went to this Aus were streets ahead although GB gave it a go they just accelerated away in the 2nd half think it was 38-16 ?
The second test was just an embarrassment 34-4 at Elland Road Leeds.
Ashes won without a fight !
But the 3rd Test at Wigan was a proper hard Test match the best I’d seen in years from beginning to end !
