Samuel Sim (Feat. STORME) - The Bay (Sound Of Faz Remix / Re-Composition)

This is the track used as the theme tune to the ITV drama 'The Bay' set in lovely Morecambe (incidentally The Bay is a fantastic drama that should definitely be watched!) The original track itself is fantastic and STORME's vocals are out of this world. You can't beat perfection so this is just my take on it with added strings, drums and bass to create a slightly more extended version. @itvdrama

I just finished season 4, and while I was less engaged in seasons 3 & 4, the use of the theme song for the S4 finale is INCREDIBLE, with the emphasis on “move on”. I didn’t expect such a powerful scene.

I knew as soon as I heard it that it was one of Samuel Sim's. He also wrote the music for the Jambusters. A program about the WI during WW11 which was sadly cut short. Listen and see if you don't love that one too.

This theme invokes the absolute desperation of having to surrender to the storms that life so often throws at us. An aptly named theme that fits so well with The Bay. It stirs my emotions every time I hear it.
