Halloween "event" was cancelled in Shibuya, but it never was an organized event. I checked what it going on in Shibuya on Saturday night and how much everything was "cancelled".

They had to cancel the event, a bunch of jujutsu sorcerers are about to fight in the subway.

I was curious about how the "cancellations" were working, so thank you so so so much for the video!! I even saw a dude who cosplayed as the no Halloween event logo taking pictures with the police online haha. Take care Rambalac, and thank you for the video as usual! someone pointed out, this may be a result of the mass casualty event in Korea last year.
a unscheduled / unorganized event in the biggest city in the world (Tokyo) has a lot of potential to go wrong.

I think the idea must have been to make the police and tgeir foghorns so annoying and loud that people git headaches and went home. I wouldn't be able to stand more than 5 muinites of that.

Everyone is being so loud. I guess it's understandable with such large crowds and it being a sort of "holiday", but I prefer things to be calmer.

LOL the pedestrian traffic patterns are so crazy. They keep shifting between the left and right sides of the sidewalks. I'm sure it's got to be frustrating for some. Still gotta love the vibes of this place.

Bummer Halloween was cancelled. As other said it's probably because of the crushing incident in Seoul Korea. That alley where people got crushed has three very step slopes so I can see why it happened.
