Spring Boot - Hystrix Circuit Breaker

This is an introduction to Hystrix Circuit Breaker which is a part of the Spring Cloud modules. Hystrix can help improve the service level of our application by ensuring that something meaningful is sent as response when an exception occurs (ie. a timeout to another service etc).
