My friend just told me it was on their heart to share this song with me. All I can say is it’s stirring up a lot of emotions that have built up over the past months. Ive been going to anywhere but God to cope with my problems. Alcohol, weed, drowning it out with clubbing, going on dates and flirting. Anything but running to Him..Nothing is working and ive been breaking down. Then this song just hit me.

I love flyleaf and Lacey's voice! This song is so powerful! I lost my fiancee soon after we had our son. I recently got back to finding my faith in God again. This song is such a great reminder of God's love for us.

It's 5 am and after having this album pop up in recommended countless time, I've finally listened. Every song is amazing, I expected to cry. But I didn't. Not until this song.
The past year, I've been dealing with depression and anxiety, had breakdown after breakdown. I realize now seeing this was God calling me back to Him. That I found peace with a prayer journal for a reason. That the moment I heard "something made you restless years ago, you forgot I'm part of your soul"...there was a reason I started crying. This song touched my soul.
This isn't the first time one of your songs has helped me, Lacey. You are truly an angel, and I hope to meet you one day. Thank you for being part of my journey back to God. <3
