1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup plain flour
3 cups milk
2 cups stock (fish, clam juice or chicken)
1 potato (peeled and chopped)
1 cup corn
1/2 tsp salt and more to taste
Finely ground black pepper
600g white fish fillets (skinless, cut into chunks)
1 cup peas (frozen)

GARNISH/SERVING (OPTIONAL):
1/4 cup spring onion (sliced)
Crusty bread for dunking
