My tip for Thrusters : slowly walk backwards until you exit the gym, and then proceed to run at a full pace away from the bar.

I'm just kidding, I love Thrusters 🤣❤️

I got so exited when I saw the title of this video!! Cuz I’m really slow with thrusters!!last week my WODs were full of them!! And I can use this video to learn to keep up!!

Your buddy’s left shoulder looks like it’s dipping quite a bit in the squat portion of the movement. He might need to work on opening that up some. Wouldn’t be surprised if he was already experiencing some pain there.

You said no breathing at the bottom of the movement and I saw you doing some respiration things at the bottom of your thruster.
