Easy Sangria Recipe | Pink Moscato Sangria | Homemade Cocktails

Celebrate Valentine's Day with this super easy sangria recipe - Pink Moscato Sangrias! Refreshing & punchy, these homemade cocktails are perfect for date night, or even when you're entertaining.

Here's the Recipe:

Serves 2.

Ingredients:
2 cups Pink Moscato (you can use Rose or a good Red Wine instead)
1 cup Strawberries, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Simple Syrup (a syrup of equal parts sugar and water heated until the sugar dissolves and cooled)
1/3 cup Mixed Berry Juice (you can add more if you wish)

Method:
-Using a ladle or a muddler, slightly mush up the berries. Then spoon them into a carafe/pitcher.
-Pour in the simple syrup and berry juice. Then pour in the Pink Moscato or a wine of your choice.
-Cover the pitcher/carafe with cling film and pop it in the refrigerator for at least four hours, but overnight is better. This ensures the berries soak up the booze and all the flavours meld well.
-Serve chilled.
