Today's workout:
Deadlift:
- 280lbs x 1
- 315lbs x 1
- 350lbs x 7 (camera ran out of memory, had to re-record the lift to check for form. Still having a problem with the disconnect with hip and knee extension)
- 350lbs x 2 (recorded)
Pistol - 5 reps per side
Front Squat - 145lbs x 10 reps x 5
Hamstring Curls - 70lbs x 10 reps x 2, 80lbs x 10 reps x 3
Suspended Leg Raise - 10 reps x 5
