Can't remember having to core through quarry tiles, looks tough, but did loads of porcelain tiles, customers don't always appreciate costs involved. I used to put a wet sponge by the drill that dribbled water into the hole.

Use an old spray bottle to keep the bit wet some washing up liquid adds bit of lube cleans as you go too
