I feel like this theme perfectly encapsulates the "journey" you as a player go through... If you're playing this update, you've most certainly beaten the game, hell maybe even 101% it (I sure did). My point is that you're no longer afraid of Pizza time, you no longer dread it, you're no longer a nervous wreck like Peppino, now you anticipate it, you yearn for it, kinda like how Noise does it. The song doesn't even ask you if "you're ready to get funky" it already knows you are.
