I did the surgery without scalpels early this year and I'm happy with the results. No needle and no scalpel is the way to go. My libido is the same as before and no more coitus interuptus.

I got mine done over a month ago now, and I feel exactly the same as I did before. Everything feels the same too. No difference. Very happy I got it done.

Thank god for that. Thinking of having a vasectomy and was worrying about sneezing 🤧💦

If mature sperm cells only live 5-7 days, how can there still be living sperm up to 3 months after a vasectomy??

So there is a level of zinc and magnesium is seaman? What are your thoughts of a small study showing a link between vasectomy and dementia?

If Dr. Mills does another Q&A, perhaps he could tell me what my options are, as a young man suffering from Post-Finasteride Syndrome (not that I'm likely to get any legal compensation). I took Propecia for hair loss for years in my teens and 20s, and I didn't realize that, soon after cessation of the drug, it would utterly destroy the health of my genitourinary tract. My prostate is like that of a 70 year old, and I was formerly a balding teenager full of overbearing sexual virility. My ejaculatory pain and dysfunction, neuropathic issues, calcification, and who knows what other symptoms, on a daily basis, make life not worth living, and it's unsurprising that there are 59 suicides known to be linked to the condition.

Pain, depression, marriage breakdown. Getting one almost killed me- a reversal stopped the pain but I’m still struggling mentally

The sperms are absorbed and what happened to them next. It's just wasted as poops or it is turned into the minerals that the body is needed just like digestion.

Doctor, can I get pregnant if my body absorbs my own semen? 🧐

Getting a vasectomy was the worst decision of my life. I lost my wife and my man hood. I did it a little over 16 years ago at age 27 and I noticed a big difference in the way ejaculation felt and my overall energy immediately afterwards. I lost all my testosterone and it feels weird and dulled in a uncomfortable way when I ejaculate. I can't explain the feeling. You would have to feel it yourself. The only time I feel normal is when I'm taking testosterone. Which I had to start doing at age 29 because my levels were so low. The wrong feeling I get with ejaculation has never went away and I'm now 43 years old. This happens to other men too. Look it up before you talk trash. Please, please look it up before getting one!

I think my body isnt absorbing it, my vasectomy was over 4 months ago and Ive got epididymitis pretty bad and antibiotics didnt help at all.
